Service Desk Analyst - Level 1 & 2 - Melbourne Eastern Suburbs - Immediate Start
A client of ours are currently searching for a Service Desk Analyst to join their current team of 7 on a permanent basis.
The role is based near Clayton South, in the organisations state of the art offices.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk environment
Outstanding customer service ethic
Enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, good initiative and a self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong desktop support skills: Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office, desktop hardware
Good knowledge of server environments, Exchange and Active Directory administration
Office 365 – support and administration
