Desktop Support Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Immediate Start - Sydney CBD
Six Month initial contract for Senior Desktop Support role with view to extension.
Office 365 experience is essential
Level 2 support

What you will need:
3+ years experience providing Level 2 support
3+ years experience installing, configuring and supporting PC hardware and peripherals
Office 365 support experience
3+ years experience providing support to small-mid sized networks
Expert use of the Microsoft Product Suite
Active Directory Administration
Outstanding time management and communication skills are essential
Account Management - develop and maintain technical relationships.
Manage and progress technical support cases mostly with Office 365
Regular client meetings for relationship building.
Customer presentations - product updates etc.
Regular account strategy meetings with account team.
Composition of technical customer documentation.
Identify sales opportunities with account managers.
