What do we need?
We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record in IT Recruitment to manage and lead a team of Resourcers here in our Sydney office.
Managing an existing team of Resourcers.
Implement and develop a vertical market orientated recruitment strategy.
Managing the process of identifying candidates that can be submitted for our live requirements for our clients
Training and coaching of the recruitment team
Working closely with Business Development team
Increase Permanent Revenue Streams within existing and prospective clients
