You will be tasked with either leading the property stream of refurbishment within the existing building and management of facilities or taking on a Business integration stream.
Skills and Experience Required:
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
Experience with Business Integrations
Experience with office relocation and fit outs is essential
Exposure to activity based working or hot desk sets ups is advantageous
Experience with managing multiple external vendors
Formal project management qualification
Exceptional time management skills- you will be running multiple simultaneous projects
Exceptional change management experience
Solid negotiation skills to overcome obstacle quickly
Able to drive and manage multiple sub-contractor organizations
