We are looking for a PMO Project Coordinator, initially for a six month contract with a view to go permanent after this. As this is to replace somebody which is leaving, we are ideally looking for the person to start on 4th June.
The role will work within the Group IT > Technology Team, primarily supporting the Project Portfolio Manager.
The role is varied, however generally it will involve the production of project and portfolio reports and presentation packs, execution of quality reviews, involvement in procure to pay processing and supporting the Project Portfolio Manager.
Candidate should have a knowledge of project planning methodologies and core project component as well as good organisational, planning and communication skills.
2+ years in general administration and/or PMO Administration roles.
Previous experience with technology, transition and transformation projects would be beneficial.
