The requirements of the role
This role will suit a business analyst who has solid experience in the business centric environment, with solid experience and skills in the following areas:
Workshop facilitation's and interviews to gather requirements and relevant information as well as to obtain decisions from various business stakeholders.
As Is and To Be process analysis, gaps analysis, solution analysis, requirements analysis, risks and issues analysis), incl. documentation – evidence of previous work will be requested.
Business case development, incl. Documentation – evidence of previous work will be requested.
Process mapping and process documentation – evidence of previous work will be requested.
Coordination of User Acceptance Testing activities
Management of stakeholders with various backgrounds and business needs (incl. external stakeholders such as software & hardware vendors and service providers).
Working within a specific methodologies / framework - ITIL, Lean, Agile, etc.
Time management – the successful candidate will be assigned to work in two initiatives.
Excellent communications skills and teamwork.
The candidate must have positive attitude and the ability to receive as well as provide feedback from and to various stakeholders. There are a number of initiatives that have been approved for commencement in this financial year. Below are some initiatives to be delivered (details of the allocated initiatives will be provided to the successful candidate):
Implementation of new supplier operational workflows
Implementation of collaborative tools for managing complex plans, maps and images
Finance business improvement projects
Family Assistance Register
