We are currently searching for a Executive IT Support Engineer (EE). This is a contract position for a multi large client of us based in Rijswijk and The Hague the Netherlands. The contract is for 5 months.
Project description You will be the single point of contact for all Executive IT Support needs. In this role you will perform everyday support tasks as well as provide advanced support of the latest models of personal devices, planning and executing of meeting support.
* Min. 5 years experience in related field(s)
* Experience in IT support troubleshooting skills of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows7/10), Apple iOS on mobile devices, and Microsoft Office products (2010, 2016, O365)
* Working experience using ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation Certification preferred)
* Experienced in using and supporting collaboration tools such as CISCO/Polycom Videoconferencing equipment, CISCO Telepresence and Lync/Skype for Business meetings
* First and/or second line support IT Service Desk experience is preferred
