* answer costumer calls
* categorize customers queries
* test and analysis of customers issue
* technical classification of incidents; if necessary forwarding to 2nd Level Support
* documentation of results into ticket system
* completed degree in IT area or pronounced IT experience
* professional experience in telephone customer care
* pronounced experience in Microsoft environment
* preferably experience in Microsoft Lync Server
* very good English, preferably German and another foreign language
* work independently and highest reliability
* high customer and service orientation
