My Client are looking for a Program Manager that will deliver a Program of projects to meet business, customer and delivery objectives.
This role will facilitate the delivery of a number of projects in an optimal manner, to enable the business to realise the benefits from the new capability.
The role will have overall responsibility for management of budgets, financials, schedule, resourcing, supplier engagement, stakeholder engagement, road map alignment, quality, operational readiness and post implementation reviews, for a given suite of projects.
In this role you will be:
Accountable for the delivery of an integrated service to the business/customers. Maintaining a strong working relationship with the Business teams to ensure resources meet demand.
Accountable for building a competent, flexible workforce of project managers across their Program.
Accountable to the business benefits owner for successful delivery of the assigned program(s) of work
Accountable to meet the KPI’s of the Primary Business unit Manager
Definition and delivery of the required business outcomes within the agreed risk profile
Engage all areas of the business required to achieve delivery success
Compliance with project and program disciplines & processes defined by the PMO, Finance and HSE.
