Unified Communications Practice Lead - Sydney Based - competitive package!
Our client are a financial organisation, based in Sydney. They are currently building out the Unified communications and need a practical minded consultant to join the Infrastructure Team.
The successful incumbent will come from a technical background, but has moved into understanding vendor engagement/management and how to manage unified communications.
Act as key technical interface between IT, business functions and communications vendors
Perform technical discovery, needs gathering, and requirement analysis for unified communications solutions
Provide technical direction and leadership to project teams regarding unified communications solutions
Perform problem characterisation, reproduction, diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
Review and validate vendor proposals against unified communications related requirementsPlan, coordinate and manage change activities
All digital communications services including ISDN, SIP etc.
Contact centre and IVR
Attendant console changes based on business requirements
Presence and Instant messaging (Skype for business and Microsoft Teams)
Unified messaging (Voice, Fax, Email)Experience required:
Strong technical leadership combined with a deep understanding of complex and highly scalable architectures of unified communications solutions.
Strong knowledge and experience of unified communications services and related cloud-based solutions.
Good knowledge of IVR, Contact centre and Omni channel solutions and practices
