My client is looking for a people Change Manger to hit the ground running in their Melbourne team.
Initial engagement is 3 Months however this is only a review, the work at this client will take you well into next year! 2020!
To be successful for this role you will have proven experience in producing communications materials such as newsletters or bulletins
Proven experience in executing, managing and promoting various change management strategies, including managing organisational change activity across multiple projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution
Knowledge and understanding of program and project management frameworks, approaches, tools and phases of the program/project lifecycles
Experience in the implementation of an organisational change management methodology, e.g. Prosci ADKAR
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications, e.g. Communications, Organisational Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management If this sounds like you please apply today!
