I am looking for a Change Program Manger to join one of our top tier end user clients to join their Unified Communication and Telephony Program.
This role will see you supporting and managing the change to the corporate telephony platform, to their Video Conferencing upgrade and user migration to the new UC Contact Centre.
To be successful for this role you will have:
Unified Communications experience
Solid experience in the delivery of business processes, change and communication deliverables and outcomes.
Strong understanding and proven experience delivering organisational and cultural change
Experience producing company wide communications
Project management/consultancy experience in previous roles
5+ years of change and communication management experience in an enterprise size organisation
Banking or Finance experience
Supporting Change Management certifications e.g. Prosci
A full change management kit bag. You will work independently and be aligned to this specific implementation.
