Michael Bailey Associates has a fantastic contract opportunity for a Business Analyst working for a leading financial services organisation to help assist with innovative strategy and planning of new projects.
This is a business facing role acting as the Business analyst where you will be:
Analysing and documenting the requirements
Engaging with senior stakeholders of the business
Engaging with technical teams to assist translation of business requirements to technical specifications
Documentation of the new process and training of impacted users Furthermore you will be the key go to person for the business and act as the interface into the technology and change teams.
Experience in Financial services is a must
Experience in either Credit/Risk or Operations
The ability to propose innovative approaches to solve business problems
Ability to produce high level business requirement documentation
Ability to build and manage project plans, risks, issues and project dependencies.
Strong business engagement and stakeholder management skills
