My client are looking to grow their Change Team in Melbourne.
This role will see you working across the BAU and operational change activity and occasionally be involved in projects.
They are looking for a Change Manager with Retail Lending, Collections and Payments Processing experience.
To be successful in this role you will have:
5+ years of experience in operational change management with experience working within Retail Lending, Collections or Payments processing teams or projects.
Advanced MS Project skills preferred
Change management methodologies and best practices experience (i.e. -Prosci, ADKAR, AIM)
Experience in facilitating change management strategies, approaches and tactics with different business units.
Strong communication and influencing skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
Relevant University degree or equivalent with experience in Financial Services.
