Michael Bailey Associates has another fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager with a background managing organisational change and changes to business processes across multiple projects simultaneously.
The first program's streams are targeting customer experience, continuous business process improvements, and new product releases. More programs will be added towards the end of the year.
The preparation of all manager and employees for change - this will involve coaching and training
Ensuring the clear delivery of information across a wide variety of media to ensure all staff are aware of major changes
Build of relationships with customers and stakeholders
Organisation and participation of education programsMust Haves:
3+ years as a Change Manager
Experience in developing change impact assesments
Knowledge and use of PROSCI methodology is a MUST - you will be PROSCI certified
Experience in coaching and training
Experience producing company wide communications
Ability to understand both business and customer perspective
