We are currently looking for an IT Security Service Owner (m/f/n) for a Perm Position for our tech client in Düsseldorf

Background:
Due to increased workload we are looking for an IT Security Service owner who will be the single point of contact for all aspects of a dedicated service (scope, quality, pricing, delivery), in alignment with Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Tasks:
- Accountable for the initiation, transition and ongoing maintenance & support of a particular service, as well as service specific change management
- Accountable for the steering and coordination of IT security projects
- Accountable for the design and documentation audit-proof IT security processes, procedures and guidelines as well as for their implementation and monitoring of their compliance in regarding the CISO’s and regulatory requirements
- Accountable for the design of the IT security architecture
- Accountable for the entire service lifecycle
- Budget Ownership
- Guiding the entire service lifecycle from Service Strategy over Service Design, Transition to Service Operation and Continual Improvement
- Review new demands and requirements from the Business
- Align with the Business & Strategy the future of the service
- Plan and follow up on the continuous service improvement of the service across the entire life cycle
- Define the different roles and permission levels required for all the support teams involved in the support model of the service
- Review Service enhancement suggestions, Incidents, common issues, check on Builds InProgress
- Identify Potential & Future enhancements reviewing new service offering / enhancements linked to the service and look at innovative, leading services in the market and review competitive services.
- Promote the service offering using communication channels (Intranet,) and communicate at all levels, from strategy to operations
- Review & Reply on Customer comments through the different communication channels (Intranet, …)
- Reports on KPI’s, SLA’s, OLA’s Availability, Service threats, Risks
- Share business and Customer problems with the Service Delivery team and work on an improvement
- Own all the subservices and the applications linked and defined under the main service from IT perspective

Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science / Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline
- IT Security Certifications advantageous
- Min. 5 years of experience related to IT Security
- Experience in IT-Service-Delivery / IT-Operations / IT-Architecture
- Strong background in cyber security techs and methods (threat landscapes, models, standards) as well as in network technologies and network security
- In-depth know-how in Linux and Windows infrastructures (for forensic analysis and countermeasures), network
- Deep knowledge in architectures, and application operations and hardening
- Experience in system and network design
- O365 and Azure Security
- Knowledge about database security (e.g. SQL and Oralce)
- Experience with patch management for operating systems and applications
- Experienced with penetration testing software
- Knowledge about encryption technology
- Experience with network protocols ( TCP, UDP, IPSec, SSL and DNS)
- Supplier Management experience
- Negotiation skills at different levels (customers, Suppliers)
- Strong communication skills, in English, local language is a plus
