Apex Resource Solutions rebrands to Michael Bailey Associates, Australia
We are delighted to announce that, from today, our Australian operation Apex Resource Solutions will be rebranded as Michael Bailey Associates.
Apex was bought by the Michael Bailey Associates Group in 2012, but continued to trade under the existing Apex brand name until today. Now, Apex is finally joining the rest of the Michael Bailey Associates family, creating a uniform, consistent brand identity and message across all locations and sectors of operation.
Focus on quality
When Michael Bailey Associates first took control of Apex Resource Solutions, a contract and permanent recruitment business, one of the first tasks was to reassure existing clients and contractors that there would be no major changes to the service they received. Phil Hack, Sales Director, remained at the helm of the business, overseeing the transition of ownership and focusing on delivering a quality experience and service to all stakeholders.
Since then, Phil has steered the business towards the Michael Bailey Associates model, seeking to add value to client relationships by looking for new ways to deliver a quality service. The reputation of his team has strengthened considerably as a result.

Since taking ownership of the Australian company, many positive changes have been implemented that have already enhanced services. The rebrand is the final chapter in the integration of the Australian business with the rest of the Group. By taking this step, we have clarified and simplified our presence within the global market, ensuring consistency in delivery, service, quality and message.
A premium service
For Mike Garlick, Group Founder and CEO, one of the key objectives was to create a consistent message and positioning across the Group.

We therefore wanted to develop a unified global brand presence, and felt that bringing Apex into the Michael Bailey Associates brand family would help to achieve this.”
Business as usual
Phil Hack, Director of the Australian operation, is keen to reassure both clients and contractors that there will be no changes to the service they currently receive from the Australian team:

After leading the business through a period of sustained growth over the past two years, Phil plans to grow his team and take on additional clients as the market in Australia improves further. He is predicting an increase in projects associated with big data, business intelligence, mobile app development, cloud computing, cyber security and telecommunications as client companies continue to invest in these areas. He comments:
