Founder Mike Garlick’s initial venture, a two man operation out of a small office in London, has been carefully nurtured into a multi-sector, multi-national, multi-million turnover organisation.
We employ over 140 people, have offices in 13 countries around the world and work with hundreds of clients across five broad sectors. And plans are in place for further expansion.
After initially starting out as a contingency contract recruitment business, we have evolved the business into a high end, full service workforce consultancy. Through long term partnerships with clients, the business helps to develop and shape entire project teams, sourcing expert talent from across the world who can make a lasting impact on a client’s strategic goals.
Today’s Michael Bailey Associates creates project based packages; ready-made teams fully supported by a network of Field Managers.

Over the last ten years, we have diversified the business. From providing solutions purely to the IT industry within Europe we now operate within the Pharma, Finance, Telecommunications and most recently Oil & Gas industries. Geographically, we’ve expanded within Europe and beyond, opening offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney.
With more new ventures planned within Europe, Asia Pacific and beyond, it’s no surprise that the internal hiring team is on the hunt for bright, enthusiastic, resilient service-driven people to join our teams in all locations.
