Our colleagues from Munich head to Austria for their summer team-building event
Throughout the summer our colleagues across Europe have been taking part in fast-paced, action packed team-building activities. So far our teams in Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Düsseldorf have already got together to take on the exhilarating Total Wipeout challenge but how will our other teams top it?
Our team in Munich headed to Austria where they visited a quaint little village called Mutters which is nestled side-by-side on a plateau in the foothills above Innsbruck.
On their arrival, our colleagues hopped into a gondola and took in the breath-taking views as they were whisked off into the mountains. When they were dropped off, they put on their hiking boots and climbed their way to the top of the mountain where they were rewarded with a delicious lunch at the mountain lodge restaurant, Mutterer Alm at the end of the hike. They weren’t settled for too long, though, as they competed against each other in a downhill water slide race near the lake at Natterer See.
“In our day-to-day roles, we spend most of our time sat at our desks so it was great fun to do something that required us to be physically active. The mountain hike was tough, but we all cheered each other on which was really motivating!”, stated one Team Leader. They rounded off the day with some well-deserved ice shakes!
