Rewards and incentives
Our transparent rewards scheme offers uncapped earning potential for all recruitment consultants. As well as individual targets, we encourage collaboration through team and company-wide incentive programmes.
Under normal circumstances, we run two high profile incentives in spring and late summer. Whilst these are on hold at the moment, previous destinations have included Dubai, New York, Malta, Barcelona, Lisbon, Ibiza and Rome. Winning a place is recognition of outstanding performance so competition is strong. We’ll be re-establishing these as soon as circumstances allow.
In the meantime, we are running more local team and office incentives where possible, and within all local health and safety regulations.
Events and social activities
Prior to the pandemic, our flagship European annual event combines our annual awards night with a black tie Christmas celebration. This event brings all of our European colleagues together to recognise successes and achievements throughout the year.
Our APAC offices run their own events, which range from hiring a boat on Sydney harbour to joining Chinese New Year celebrations in Singapore.
Each team holds their own local social event mid-year – another big social occasion that we will resurrecting as soon as we can.
Recognition is a big part of our motivation, retention and employee attraction strategy. From the formal awards at our end of year ceremony, to on-the-spot gifts marking milestones and a simple well done and round of applause, we aim to make sure that our team feels valued and appreciated.
We focus on creating a collaborative team spirit that spans our offices around the globe. We make use of technology to bring together colleagues in other offices and are always working to improve internal communications to boost company culture and create a ‘one team’ culture regardless of where people are based.
