We are looking for a Site Manager – Solar Power Plant (m/f/d) for a solar power plant in Hungary
Start: 05.02.2026 | End: 31.12.2026
Volume: Full-time | Location: 60% on-site in Hungary (Györ-Moson-Sopron near Austria); 40% remote
Travel: Willingness to travel (UK/Poland)

Project: Part of the Renewables 2025 Execution Portfolio, aiming to successfully build solar power plants in the UK, Hungary, and Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently monitor, steer, and document quality requirements across assigned projects (UK, PL, HU), ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Projects include: TET (Nereusz/Atreusz), UK (Berryhill, approx. Q2 2026), PL (approx. Q3 2026).
• Establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) from late development through execution and closure.
• Create/review quality documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements) with subcontractors.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and surveillance of contractors/suppliers for compliance with approved standards.
• Identify/document non-conformances, drive timely resolution, and prevent recurrence.
• Gather information from Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure contractor compliance.
• Prepare bi-weekly Quality Risk Reports (risks, deviations, impacts) for project leadership.
• Document continuous improvement initiatives (define RFQ/RFP quality requirements, apply lessons learned, leverage digital tools, promote best practices).
• Create bi-weekly or milestone Quality Status Reports for internal Quality Management Team Lead.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar solar project role (mandatory). Experience in electrics beneficial
• Skills: Proficiency in quality management tools, auditing techniques, reporting methods (ISO 9001, NCR processing, corrective action management).
• Languages: Excellent English; German and others are a plus.
