Project description: The client is building the Voslapper Groden project in Wilhelmshaven. The site is already almost finalized and the commissioning phase, Punchlist works and other minor items are open. The PV park consists of 17 MWp landfill ground mounted fixed substructure and a HV grid connection in a client owned substation. The aim of the project is the successful technical completion, comprehensive documentation, and final handover of the PV park and substation infrastructure.

Tasks:

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently by the external contractor based on own knowledge and experience:

• Provision of technical consultation and recommendations for interface alignment of construction activities executed by external subcontractors on-site regarding technical milestones and project schedules, without exercising operational or disciplinary leadership over client staff or third parties. 

• Technical tracking and reporting of construction progress, material availability and project schedules during the project execution phase, including the preparation of a recommendation paper to identify potential delays and potential resource bottlenecks for upcoming project milestones and handover to  project management for decision making.

• Consolidation and technical analysis of project deliverables from external stakeholders, including the independent assessment of project execution regarding its alignment with technical plans and defined project requirements.

• Participation in weekly progress meetings to present technical status updates on own deliverables, as well as the technical review of the weekly progress reports submitted by the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor.

• Technical inspection of site safety practices and technical documentation of identified unsafe conditions for clients site management to facilitate regulatory compliance, without assuming the legal or operational HSE responsibility.

• Execution and documentation of independent quality inspections and creation of the corresponding technical documentation, including photographic evidence, inspection reports, and quality records.

• Technical identification, documentation, and evaluation of technical deviations, and formulation of resolution proposals for Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

• Creation of technical construction schedules during the development phase and conceptualization of project-specific technical improvements explicitly limited to the defined project deliverables.

• Preparation of project status reports (weekly) regarding lean construction milestones, detailing the technical progress, achieved milestones, and identified technical risks and hand over to the internal Project Manager as the single point of contact.

• Creation of a final report covering all deliverables mentioned above and handover to the client for review and further use.

Projektbeschreibung

Für ein gefördertes Breitbandausbauprojekt im Raum Schelklingen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Bauüberwacher (m/w/d) zur Sicherstellung der qualitätsgerechten Umsetzung von Tiefbau- und Glasfaserinfrastrukturmaßnahmen.

Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt in der eigenverantwortlichen Bauüberwachung, Qualitätskontrolle sowie der Dokumentation der Bauausführung. Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Bauunternehmen, Kommunen, Straßenbaulastträgern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten.

Projektziel

Beratung zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Category Primary Substation Services für mehrere Netzgesellschaften mit Fokus auf Hoch- und Tiefbau, Elektromontage, Stahlbau und Betonfertigteile.

Schwerpunkte:

• Kostenoptimierung über die gesamte Category

• Sicherstellung von Kapazitäten und Lieferfähigkeit bei steigenden Ausbauvolumina

• Harmonisierung von Vergabe-, Los- und Lieferantenstrukturen

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Bewertung geeigneter Beschaffungs- und Vergabemodelle (u. a. Rahmenverträge, EPC-/Turn-Key-, Projekt- und Hybridmodelle)

• Erarbeitung von Smart-Lotting-Ansätzen sowie Bündelungs- und Regionalisierungsstrategien

• Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenstrategie inklusive Segmentierung, Konsolidierung und Lieferantenentwicklung

• Entwicklung von Konzepten zur langfristigen Kapazitätssicherung und Optimierung der Wertschöpfungstiefe

• Durchführung von Markt-, Benchmark- und Best-Practice-Analysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen

• Erstellung von strategischen Szenarien, Roadmaps, KPI-Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen

• Sparring der Category-Verantwortlichen auf strategischer Ebene
