Mike founded MBA starting from a small office in London in 1989. He has developed and led his business to what it is today -a highly successful and profitable staffing and consultancy company with a strong leadership team.
He has grown the business through several market booms and several market downturns, created startups in new markets and successfully acquired companies internationally.
Mike continues to drive the company forward with the same energy, passion and enthusiasm that he had 30 years ago – he eats, breathes and sleeps MBA!
Outside of MBA Mike is a director and former Chairman and majority shareholder of Premier League Burnley FC – the town he was born and raised in. He is also a Board Member of the Premier League Renumeration Committee.
He also devotes significant time to a Burnley charity – “clarets in the community”, which helps children and disadvantaged people to improve and develop themselves to be valuable members of their community and society.

Jessica started at MBA in IT consultancy to learn the basics of this versatile business, she quickly found her true passion in business development and working closely with clients and expert consultants from all over. Back in 2015 her main focus was still around the Telecommunication industry, however with more seniority she moved into other industries e.g. working with energy, technology and FMCG clients.

Matthias joined the company when the Munich office actually opened in 2000. He helped to build up Germany and Austria from the Munich base. Currently he is in charge of Southern Germany and Austria. “I am working for the company for over 20 years and still enjoy it very much due to the hands on mentality.
