The Role

We are looking for an AI Trainer & Adoption Specialist to drive the rollout and adoption of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) across the business.

This role is very hands-on and people-focused — you’ll design and deliver practical training sessions tailored to different teams (e.g. Finance, HR, Operations, Property Management, Asset Management), helping employees integrate AI into their everyday work.

The goal is simple: make AI useful, practical, and widely adopted across the organisation.

Tasks:

• Design and deliver training sessions (full-day, half-day, and workshops) tailored to different departments
• Teach employees how to use AI tools effectively in their daily tasks
• Build role-specific use cases (e.g. reporting, analysis, communication, admin tasks)
• Follow up with teams and individuals to ensure real adoption of AI tools
• Analyse usage:
• Who is using AI?
• Who isn’t — and why?
• Identify barriers to adoption and help teams improve usage and efficiency
• Share success stories across the business (e.g. time savings, cost reductions, process improvements)
• Continuously improve training based on feedback and results

Key Focus Areas

• Driving AI adoption across all teams
• Reducing manual work and inefficiencies using AI
• Supporting a KPI-driven organisation in improving performance
• Ensuring AI becomes part of day-to-day workflows, not just a one-off training

Experience

• Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement sessions
• Strong understanding and practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way
• Solid skills in:
• Excel (very important)
• PowerPoint
• Working with data and KPIs
• A proactive and structured approach, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work with different stakeholders across the business

Additional Requirements

• Fluent German (must-have) and strong English
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Berlin
