Business Analyst DORA

Are you up for the challenge of navigating the complexities of European regulatory compliance within the Digital Operations Resilience Act (DORA)? Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Business Analyst to drive regulatory analysis and implementation across various domains, ensuring adherence to evolving European regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Dive into both new and existing regulatory frameworks, particularly focused on DORA compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the impact of regulations on architecture, vision, and operations, and execute necessary implementations.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts.
• Cultivate a strong network within the organization to enhance understanding of processes and people.

Requirements:

• Preferably holds a master’s degree in Business Management, ICT, Legal, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial sector, with a grasp of technology applications.
• Demonstrated interest in data and data integration, with an understanding of leveraging tools for business value.
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance within financial institutions, particularly regarding the implications of DORA.
• Knowledge of ITSM, business processes, Enterprise Architecture, Contract Management, and ICT Risk Framework is advantageous.
• Possesses persuasive communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
