Business Intelligence Developer

Join our dynamic team as a Business Intelligence Developer, specializing in Power BI. You will become an integral part of the External Reporting team, dedicated to delivering essential regulatory reports to our regulators.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in transforming regulatory financial data into insightful reports, providing our the team with a comprehensive analytical understanding of the figures reported to regulatory bodies. The team you will be a part of is responsible for transforming data for the rest of the Tribe, facilitating key analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to facilitate in-depth analysis of our regulatory reports and enhance data quality. Utilize Power BI and SQL to provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend and analyze regulatory reporting needs.
• Design and optimize data visualizations to present complex regulatory information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to financial data reporting.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Power BI and SQL, with a preference for experience in AzureSQL & Synapse Analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, with a focus on visualizing financial regulatory data.
• Basic understanding of the Azure Cloud.
• Experience working in a scrum-based Squad.
• Experience in the financial industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse is highly beneficial, showcasing proficiency in cloud-based data solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional Squad, communicating complex regulatory concepts with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
