Seeking- Change Manager
9 Month Contract
Hybrid- London/Waterloo

Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a experienced change practitioner to:
- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans.
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.
- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.
- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the business.
- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
