Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Enterprise Architect to join our client’s team. As a Data Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the data architecture framework that supports our organization's strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the effective integration, governance, and utilization of data assets across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and future growth plans.
- Design and maintain scalable and efficient data models, data integration processes, and data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight for data-related projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, data governance, and security standards.
- Drive the development and implementation of data management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the data architecture and overall data ecosystem.
- Perform data assessments and audits to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10) working as a Data Architect or in a similar role, designing and implementing enterprise-level data architectures.
- Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, data integration, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, and big data platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their associated services (S3, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
- Proficiency in data management and data integration tools (e.g., ETL, ELT, Data Integration Platforms).
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data security, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
