We are looking for a Data deletion consultant for (SAP) HCM Data (m/f/d) Start: ASAP /01.04.25
End: 31.12.25

Focus: HR: Data Protection/Deletion

Project Description:
The service is requested as part of the Data Protection/Deletion project in 2025. The project has the purpose to implement further data deletion processes and enhance the compliance processes.

Tasks (independent delivery):
Developing of data deletion solution for:
• Data sources, info providers, process chains, data transfer processes / anonymization solution for Human Capital
Management (HCM) data in SAP Business Warehouse system.
• Developing of data deletion solution of HCM data in non-EU countries. Legal requirements must be transferred to
SAP deletion rules via SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) or custom development.
• Analyzing of development systems to increase speed of data deletion tools and hand-over to dx project manager
/ application manager to foster technical stability of the system.
• Documentation of the implemented tools and hand-over to dx project manager for validation and approval.
• The service of the contractor has the goal to facilitate the implementation of the project requirements.

Skills:
- professional/project experience: 10 years
- special software applications: SAP ABAP, SAP BW, SAP ILM
- Experience in Data deletion processes around HCM Data
