Desktop Support Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst,

Initial 6 month contract and the position will be based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will be required to be onsite 4/5 days a week.

The Trader Support Analyst provides dedicated in-person business proximate IT Support to Traders and Front Office Commerical Staff.

Skills and requirements:

• Experience with desktop or infrastructure support preferably in End-User environemt
• Strong technical knowledge of industry standrads PC technologies and the Trading User Desktop environment
• Experience with call-logging systems
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating systems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Products
• Awareness of market data feed services
• Knowledge of development tools
• Troubleshooting skills
