Location: Switzerland / Aarau - Permanent Contract - full time

Your tasks:

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing the Kubernetes container platform while ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security.
• Providing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automating processes for deployment, scaling, and maintenance of containers.
• Monitoring platform performance and implementing measures to optimize it, as well as ensuring compliance with security standards and guidelines.
• Collaborating with development teams to deploy applications.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to the platform.
• Documenting configurations, processes, and implementations.

What we are looking for this role:

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration (certifications in these areas are a plus).
• Experience in implementing and managing container platforms, as well as knowledge in automation and configuration management (e.g., Ansible).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, as well as experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, along with awareness of security and experience with best practices in security.
• Good knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Very good knowledge of German and/or English
