Domain Architect

Lending Products Architect - Netherlands - Contract-to-Perm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end architecture designs for lending products, including Mortgages, Real Estate Finance, Business Lending, and Consumer Loans.
• Apply architectural principles and standards to create implementation roadmaps that strike a balance between ambition and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and IT leads, to provide architectural guidance for future banking solutions.
• Govern architecture by documenting agreements with stakeholders, ensuring solution compliance, and managing deviations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture team, enhancing collective expertise and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and conceptual understanding, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of architecture activities, providing design advice and presenting architectures and roadmaps.
• Excellent collaboration skills, including the ability to co-create through workshops, guidance, and mentorship.
• Capacity to make informed decisions based on limited information and exert indirect influence.
• Awareness of risk, security, and reliability considerations within the lending products domain.
• Effective communication and social skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge through presentations, workshops, and documentation.
