Enterprise Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS (German-Speaking)

 

Remote | Germany (Munich, Stuttgart, Hannover preferred)

€100k base + €160k+ OTE

 

We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion and ARR growth across enterprise SaaS customers in the DACH/EMEA region. This role focuses on growing existing enterprise accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account development within IT and cybersecurity environments.

A major focus of the role is supporting customers with NIS2 compliance, asset visibility, inventory management, and cyber risk reduction across complex IT and OT environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with IT, Security, and Operations stakeholders
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and increase platform adoption
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and renewal growth activities

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in enterprise expansion and ARR growth
  • Native-level German and strong English communication skills
  • Experience selling into IT, cybersecurity, or technical operations environments
  • Strong understanding of:
  • NIS2 compliance
  • ITSM / ITAM / HAM
  • CMDB and asset management
  • Vulnerability and cyber risk management

Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Atlassian, Flexera, or Snow Software is highly desirable.
