The Role:
Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment? We’re looking for an HR Partner to support our client's Tech and Product teams. You’ll work closely with engineering leads, product managers, and founders to ensure the people practices evolve alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to HR contact for tech and product teams across multiple locations
- Support hiring, onboarding, and contractor/freelancer processes
- Advise managers on performance, feedback, and team dynamics
- Manage employee relations cases and ensure legal compliance (NL labor law)
- Lead people processes such as compensation reviews, development plans, and engagement surveys
- Translate company culture into tangible people practices
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth operations
Your Profile:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in tech/startup environments
- Familiar with Dutch employment law and scalable people practices
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Pragmatic, people-focused, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Comfortable in an agile, high-change setting
