IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Graz, Austria

Responsibilities:
• Taking care of local IT equipment of the employees (Desktop Setup, Notebooks, Phones) + Account maintenance.
• Server maintenance (ESXi Hosts, VMs, Docker Hosts + a lot of containerized applications deployed).
• Firewall, VPN, Internet uplink.
• Landline Phone maintenance.
• Wifi-Setup in the Office.
• Local wired network setup & maintenance.
• Local Backup / Disaster Recovery.
• Robotics Lab IT maintenance (Wifi, private 5G, LAN, Robots IT hardware).
• Supporting the transition of local office IT into client corporate IT.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
• Script automation with at least one of these technologies: Powershell, Bash or Python - 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge with macOS and Linux operating systems - 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in setting up local area networks (WiFi, LAN) - 5+ years of experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Familiar with Cloud services such as Azure (AAD) and/or AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve problems using systematic troubleshooting, web KB earches and consultation with other members of the IT team.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and four (4) years of experience in providing technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, and/or network related problems.
