The Organization:

Our client operates in the pension sector. The organization is currently undergoing signi?cant changes, prompting us to seek an experienced IT Risk & Security Officer to strengthen the team. The challenge lies in effectively managing these organizational changes and ensuring a robust risk and security environment. Someone who can act as ambassador towards senior management and indirectly towards clients as well.

Job Description:

As an IT Risk & Security Officer, you are responsible for ensuring information security within the organization. You will closely collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with the DNB Good Practice Information Security and other relevant laws and regulations. An important aspect of your role is managing Security Vendor Management, where you challenge external security parties and critically evaluate deliverables. Communication skills are crucial here – giving feedback as well as receiving feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures for information
• Conducting risk analyses and developing measures to control
• Coordinating audits and controls to ensure compliance with security
• Managing relationships with external security vendors and assessing their
• Advising management on key security issues and risks.
• The client has an open corporate culture, so pressing questions, improvement plans, and other matters that you ?nd important can be communicated effectively with senior management (this is highly encouraged).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in 1st line infosec and/or 2nd line risk management, preferably in the ?nancial
• In-depth knowledge of information security standards and practices, including DNB
• Experience with Security Vendor Management and assessing external vendors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration You are a security ambassador from a governance perspective.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
