Dedicated IT Support Engineer

To briefly introduce myself my name is Bas van der Bijl, I work for Michael Bailey Associates, and I am a consultant specialized in IT Operations Oriented Profiles. At the moment I am looking for a Dedicated IT Support Engineer, who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to standard and non-standard hardware configuration and delivery.

You can:

• Deliver standard and non-standard hardware configuration to meet the needs of different departments;
• Provide IT support in a commercial environment on different technologies like Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Servers, LAN/WWAN, etc.
• Provide delivery and support of off-site Digitalisation and Agile Hub teams with non-standard IT requirements;
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and peers;
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard;

Project Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Amsterdam
• Duration: 12 Months (Option for Extension)
• Type: On-site
• Industry: Oil & Gas

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in providing IT support services in a commercial environment;
• Strong knowledge of different technologies like Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Servers, LAN/WWAN, etc.
• Experience in delivering standard and non-standard hardware configuration;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work well in a team environment
