MES Program Planer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a MES Strategic Program Planner (m/f/d)

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Volume: Fulltime
Location: Remote 
Travel: 1-2 days/week onsite CH (Basel Area) / willingness to travel internationally

Background: The aim of the program is to implement a global MES as a core system and to replace old MES systems in the process.

Focus: Strategic alignment, delivery methodology, integrated scheduling

Tasks (independent delivery): 
- Define and maintain the integrated program roadmap
- Ensure alignment between workstreams and strategic priorities & quarterly objectives including 
  resource allocation and management
- Own methodology implementation (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall)
- Lead cross-stream planning, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking
- Provide executive reporting and status visibility (e.g., one-pagers, dashboards)

Skills: Ideal Candidate: 
- E2E MES experience (ideally with Rockwell Pharmasuite)
- Experience in managing global complex IT transformation project
- Experience within Pharma industry
- Certified PM
- Strong stakeholder management skills 
- German nice to have
- English Must have
