Seeking- Onboarding & Process Support Specialist

12 Month Contract

Hybrid- London/Waterloo

Accountabilities

• A member of the SE-EA & EPTB BIA team reporting to the Business Risk Manager.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, SMEs in LoD2 and the Onboarding Focal EAs.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Onboarding process standards, specifically:

- Transition live/virtual sessions to WorkDay Learning modules

- Define on a reference indicator basis which sessions are mandatory and for whom

- Gather “people data” for all new joiners to foster assignment of modules

- Design & incorporate face-to-face sessions

- Update & maintain the Onboarding Checklists

- Continuously gather info from other LoBs/support functions re: Onboarding best practice

• Support the design and optimisation of other SE-EA & EPTB processes, including data and technology advancements.

• Support the maintenance of a taxonomy and architecture of business processes in line with T&S Process Standards.

• Support the embedding of pan-T&S processes within SE-EA & EPTB.
