Tasks:

• Formulate, execute, and oversee OT security policies for substation environments.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and perform comprehensive risk assessments.
• Design and implement protective measures to safeguard against cyber threats.
• Enhance processes and tools to maintain secure operations.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, carrying out audits and forensic investigations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold security standards.

Requirements:

• Holds a BSc or FH degree in computer science, information security, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in OT security is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Understanding of security assessments and audit processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in German.
