The Role:
We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support our client's operations, logistics, and production teams in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor to team leads and managers, focusing on people development, workforce stability, and a strong, inclusive culture on the work floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers in the day-to-day HR cycle: performance, development, absenteeism, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law, safety standards, and internal HR policies
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention of both permanent and temporary staff
  • Act as case manager for long-term absence and reintegration (Wet Poortwachter)
  • Identify HR trends and work with leadership on proactive workforce planning
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating work environment—both on the floor and in the office
  • Work closely with payroll, planning, and operational departments

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • 4+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a production or logistics setting
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law and working with different CAOs or flex contracts
  • Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus
  • Hands-on, approachable, and pragmatic
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
