PMO

One of our clients is seeking a PMO,
Initial 6 Month contract and the position will be hybrid with weekly visits to site required in London.

The client is looking for a seasoned PMO - someone who has done it for a very long time and on very complex projects and programme of work. The PMO should be able to demonstrate experience across ALL aspects of a PMO.

What you'll be doing:
Support - E2E admin support - turn the handle - reporting, tracking, analysis
Control – establishing governance, ways of working, cadence to drive effective decision making and risk management
Manage- parachuted in to save an inflight engagement. Get everyone into a room to assess where we are, with the aim of resetting and prioritizing what activities we focus on.

Ideally the client will be looking for a PMO with a background in Trading.
