Location: Germany (Remote) – Munich, Stuttgart, Hannover preferred
Language: Fluent German & English
Salary: Circa €100k base + uncapped OTE (€150k–€160k)

Following continued growth and expansion into network intelligence and cybersecurity, they are hiring a commercially driven Pre-Sales Solution Engineer in Germany.


The Role

This is a strategic Presales role combining technical expertise, business consulting, and customer engagement.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping solve challenges around cyber risk, visibility, compliance, IT Operations, and automation.

The role is approximately:

  • 60% customer-facing
  • 40% demos, integrations, RFQs/RFPs, whitepapers, and internal collaboration

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer discovery sessions across IT and Security environments
  • Deliver tailored demos and POVs focused on business outcomes
  • Support enterprise sales cycles alongside Account Executives
  • Build value-based conversations around ROI, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Support RFQs/RFPs, integrations, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
  • Identify opportunities across ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, and cyber-risk ecosystems

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7+ years in Presales / Solution Engineering / Sales Engineering within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong background in:
    • ITOM / ITSM
    • Cybersecurity
    • Infrastructure visibility
    • SaaS platforms
    • Enterprise IT environments
  • Experience delivering demos and managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen with ROI/TCO-led selling
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English
  • Based in Germany
