Pre-Sales Solution Engineer – Germany (Remote)
Location: Germany (Remote) – Munich, Stuttgart, Hannover preferred
Language: Fluent German & English
Salary: Circa €100k base + uncapped OTE (€150k–€160k)

Following continued growth and expansion into network intelligence and cybersecurity, they are hiring a commercially driven Pre-Sales Solution Engineer in Germany.
The Role
This is a strategic Presales role combining technical expertise, business consulting, and customer engagement.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping solve challenges around cyber risk, visibility, compliance, IT Operations, and automation.
The role is approximately:
- 60% customer-facing
- 40% demos, integrations, RFQs/RFPs, whitepapers, and internal collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions across IT and Security environments
- Deliver tailored demos and POVs focused on business outcomes
- Support enterprise sales cycles alongside Account Executives
- Build value-based conversations around ROI, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
- Support RFQs/RFPs, integrations, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Identify opportunities across ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, and cyber-risk ecosystems
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years in Presales / Solution Engineering / Sales Engineering within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Strong background in:
- ITOM / ITSM
- Cybersecurity
- Infrastructure visibility
- SaaS platforms
- Enterprise IT environments
- Experience delivering demos and managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen with ROI/TCO-led selling
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Fluent German and English
- Based in Germany
