Process Mapping Specialist

Seeking a Process Mapping Specialist
Initial 12 Month contract and the position will be based in London and require weekly visits to site in London.

The Process Mapping Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and streamlining key business processes.
This position will focus on mapping current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, and creating a foundation for the transformation toward a fully integrated, efficient, and standardised operational model.

Skills and requirements:

• Strong Process Mapping background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple process mapping initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with IT systems related to process automation and ERP systems.
• Change management experience is a plus.
