For one of our clients in Zurich we are looking for a Program Manager IT Business Solutions
Start: September
End: 31.08.2024
Location: Zurich / 2 days remote
Tasks:
• Supporting the department with portfolio management activities related to reporting, planning and stakeholder management
• Supporting program management in activities related to strategy development, opportunity scouting and planning cycles
• Providing assistance in designing storylines and preparing (senior) management presentations
• Supporting projects and project managers in their reporting, planning and governance activities
• Supporting program & project financial management, planning and controlling cycles
Skills:
? Proven PMO track record or related 8-10 years’ experience the context of IT / business technology solutions preferably in the
Financial Services industry
? Working experience in large international geographically dispersed teams
? Working experience in large, complex multi-year global transformation programs
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
? Strong organizational and planning skills
? Strong skills in developing story lines, management presentations and reports
? Highly skilled in balancing between analytical and strategic thinking
? Proactive and result driven, thinking like a manager
? Highly motivated to gain deep understanding of our business segment, processes, objectives and strategies
? Can hold their own in a wide variety of situations
? Essential language skills:
o Fluent English, capable of leading negotiations at all management levels
Bonus:
? A master's degree or comparable qualification in Information Technology or similar
? Profound project/program management experience
? Consulting experience
? Additional language skills in French, Spanish or German are of advantage
