Programme Delivery Lead

Seeking a Programme Delivery Lead,

Initial 18 Month contract and the position will require weekly visits to site in London.

This role will require Active SC Clearance

A snippet of what you'll be doing:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and product enhancements, including delivery into live service support
• Build and maintain motivated delivery teams, including third party development resource, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards
• Drive the Digital team to work at pace, ensuring the team are working towards delivery commitments
• Ensure the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most important

Skills and requiremnts:

• Recognised Project Management qualification, such as APM PMQ
• Proven experience using a range of Agile project management methods and familiarity with a range of Agile toolsets
• 5+ years in an equivalent role, with responsibility for digital service enhancements
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Experience of managing third parties through the full project delivery lifecycle
• Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams including remote/offsite and external resources
• Hands on practical approach
• Ability to understand the needs and priorities of customers (inside and outside the organisation) and the desire to meet their expectations
• Ability to assist team members in reaching full potential through feedback, coaching, development and training Problem Solving and Ownership
