Seeking- Promotion Funding and Contract Analyst

12 Month Contract

A key aspect of the Sourcing role is building collaborative relationships with our internal business partners as well as strategic relationships with our OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) suppliers, such as Apple, Samsung, Google, Otterbox, Zagg, and Meta, to name a few.

The primary function of the position is to work closely with the Promotions Sourcing Manager to analyse, monitor and report promotion outcomes of key OEM negotiations. This role will also be responsible for development of contract term sheets for promotions, as well as maintaining the data integrity of promotional reporting across business units and supporting the adoption of the management system SAP Ariba. This position will support the Promotions Sourcing Manager in managing multiple time-sensitive requests, interacting with all levels of management in order to ensure the sourcing process is completely consistent with policies and goals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Promotions Sourcing Manager in the preparation and delivery of financial and contract reports.
• Preparing OEM promotion term sheets for contract execution.
• Monitoring of promotion agreements and financial results.
• Tracking and reporting financial performance of OEM negotiations, from source to contract, and contact to cash.
• Designing and delivering solutions and methodologies that support the reporting requirements of the business.
• Working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of contract and deal requirements, and transparency of engagement and communication with all stakeholders.
• Updating and maintaining the category benefit tracker and other financial and executive reports to time, quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sourcing, or equivalent
• Prior experience in sourcing, procurement analytics or commercial roles
• Previous experience in large fast paced MNC, preferably in the technology sector in a sourcing analytical role.
• Strong technical skills and fluency in Excel and Google Sheets: functions/formulas, pivot tables.
• Highly desirable if you have hands-on experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba or similar sourcing management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Treats information with highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills.
