Security Architect

Client's Domestic Bank in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Security Architect to join their team. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining end-to-end security architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of system architectures, security concepts, and risk management, with expertise in implementing decentralized security controls and securing distributed systems. Experience with application security vulnerabilities and agile development principles is preferred. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently while fostering collaboration.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of system architectures, security concepts, and methodologies.
• Experience in implementing decentralized security controls and securing distributed systems.
• Familiarity with application security vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, .NET, PHP, Ruby, Perl, Python, and/or C/C++.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous technical background in web application development/architecture or related fields.
