Job Description:

As a Junior SOC Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in monitoring and analyzing security events to identify and address potential threats to our organization. The team works 24/7 to ensure cybersecurity, with responsibilities including receiving calls or responding to incidents during night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support in monitoring security events and conducting analysis to detect potential threats.
• Working with Python and Shell scripting for process automation.
• Understanding machine learning principles related to security operations.
• Experience with Incident Response procedures and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to incidents.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, KQL (Kusto Query Language), Sigma Rules for detection engineering, and executing Splunk queries.
• Showing interest and affinity for Cloud Security.
