Solution Architect

Job Description:
As a Solution Architect, you will design digital platforms in close collaboration with engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will help shape new business solutions while acting as a technical leader and mentor for less experienced team members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from business requirements and solution design to implementation and successful delivery
- Advise clients on technology and architecture, develop strategic roadmaps, provide technical recommendations, and support implementation
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, proof-of-concepts, and cloud solution design with a focus on security, scalability, compliance, performance, and cost optimization
- Contribute to architecture best practices and technical excellence across the organization

Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (University / ETH / University of Applied Sciences)
- 6+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software solutions
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems with strong knowledge of scalability, reliability, and observability
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, automated testing, and code quality
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with identity providers, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
- Fluent German and English; French is an advantage
