Specialist Cyber Security
Location: Aarau, Switzerland
Your Role:
• Staying up to date with the latest developments in information security.
• Collaborating closely with IT and cyber security teams to design solutions that align with both cyber security and enterprise architecture.
• Embracing "Security by Design" as your guiding principle in this important role.
• Managing cyber risk and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implementing risk treatments and developing effective measures for risk reduction.
• Organizing and conducting assessments for risk identification.
• Promoting awareness of cyber security across the organization.
• Defining and assuring safety tests to verify the effectiveness of security measures.
• Reviewing existing platforms to ensure adherence to cyber security best practices and internal guidelines.
• Actively participating in the evolution of security architectures and assessing their impact on security and compliance.
• Providing close support and participation in application projects to implement a "secure-by-design" strategy.

• Demonstrate experience in creating security policies and concepts.
• Possess solid knowledge of cyber and information security standards (e.g., NIST, IKS, OWASP SAMM, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 2700x) and areas such as network security, cloud connectivity, and application security.
• Have practical experience in risk management and implementing Information Security Risk Assessments per ISO/IEC Series 27005 and/or ISO/IEC 31000.
• Hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
• Proficiency in German and English is essential; advanced knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience in the energy sector is advantageous.
